This order includes three cases (36 jars) of K-Bar Farm, farm fresh elderberry syrup, made with fresh berries, never dried (elderberry concentrate). K-Bar Farm elderberry syrup has an approximate shelf life of up to 24 months from date of manufacturing. This illuminates 90 day or so spoilage that other similar or like products are known to do. K-Bar Farm elderberry syrup should be refrigerated and used within 90 days once opened. K-Bar Farm elderberry syrup has no preservatives. It’s simple yet effective and very loved by all recipe includes fresh elderberries (elderberry concentrate), water (because the elderberry concentrate is super concentrated and needs to be brought back to a delicious and effective concentrate level), raw honey, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves.

We guarantee your expiration date, if your elderberry is not sold before its best by date, any retailer may return the unsold out of date, elderberry at retailers shipping expense, K bar farm will replace with new, dated elderberry syrup at no cost to the retailer, retailer will pay shipping expenses for new product shipped to them. Your valid retail license and W9 must be updated for that current year as well to be valid for return.
Our elderberry syrup is eligible for sale under the snap program*. Because our elderberry syrup is food grade there is no sales tax were applicable. (See your DOR for details) we have conveniently included shipping in our wholesale price saying here, online.
Please note that all wholesale retailers must submit by email a photocopy of your current retail license, and a W9 annually before any items are shipped, even if you have placed and paid for and order already. Please note no orders may be refunded so if you have any questions, please make sure to reach out prior to placing your order and receiving any answers to questions.
We are currently shipping with a fabulous shipping box company that carefully cradles each jar to help ensure safe delivery each package also includes ample insurance to cover any damages. If you do receive any packages with any notable damage, please make sure to take multiple photos of the package and each step of opening and unboxed saying your shipment test will help you in your insurance claim with the shipping provider any retailer or purchaser will be required to submit any shipping claims to the shipping company to help expedite your insurance claim we use the flush shipping boxes to help offset any shipping damages.
Most wholesale orders are shipped within two weeks or less, unless shipping materials or product materials are out of stock, this is not common, but can happen.
